I run speedtest and get an average of 20-25 mbps up but for some reason on Xbox One it won't go above 5 mbps and usually averages between 1-2 mbps through the network statistics. My Nat is open and I'm seeing latency between 82 ms and 200. Also, download/upload packet loss is only at 1-2% each time I run the test.

May 26, 2020 Solved: What are the upload speeds in different plans I am looking at what speed I am supposed to get but I can't find that information anywhere. I have also been looking at upgrading my plan, but again there is NO information on the upload speed, it only talks about download speed. I have a ridiculously high download speed (100Mpbs+) but upload speed tops out at 5Mpbs. I feel this used to be 11
